  I went in to get highlights and a cut. I asked for 3 color highlights that were dramatic and on the thicker side. I wanted a dark low-light and a blond highlight. The colourist said she understood what I wanted. She did the color and as soon as I saw it I was not happy. She did the cut which was fine as it was just a trim. I did pay for the color and left a tip as she was very nice. I have called to complain and asked for a call back. Hopefully, they try to make this right or I’ll be putting in another review. I only want this fixed as I will never go back to this place as it is clear the stylists are well below average.

  to make the appointment only to have the stylist call and cancel a couple of days out. Stylist did give an alternate day but I cannot change my work schedule with 24-48 hrs notice so needless to say that was my first and last impression as I won't be attempting to make another appointment here
